Moinsen an alle, die den Kitaco Kupplungsdeckel haben / fahren...
Ich habe letzte Nacht folgende E-Mail von dem Verkäufer meines Deckels bekommen:
"Kitaco the manufacturer of the Clutch cover you purchased from us, has asked us if you could check your oil filter spring located in your clutch cover.
You do NOT NEED to remove the entire Clutch Cover........ ONLY the Filter Cartridge Cover.
You can quickly and easily pop off the Filter Cartridge cover by just unscrewing the two bolts. See RED ARROW in photo.
If you Leave the bike on the kickstand slightly leaning to the left, no oil should come out. But best to put a little rag under it, just in case.
They just want you to check the spring located behind the filter. Just make sure it's there. That's all.
They said it's just precautionary. Not a big deal.
If your spring is there, no worries. Your good to go.
If there is NO Spring, please let us know.
If you have ALREADY Done your first filter change and know the spring is in there.......... then you don't need to worry about this. "
Ich weiss nicht, in wie weit, welche Deckel davon betroffen sind. Aber sicher ist sicher, daher gebe ich das mal weiter....
Es soll eigentlich nur geprüft werden, ob sich die Feder hinter dem Ölfilter befindet. Wenn ja, alles gut, wenn nicht dann Kontakt zum Verkäufer aufnehmen...
